A USC alum, Joe is a Co-Founder and Executive Director (Emeritus) of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce – Greater Los Angeles. He has also served on several non-profit boards, including FilamARTS - the Association for the Advancement of Philippine Arts and Culture.
A US Army Desert Storm Veteran, Joe actively supports projects that tell stories about people of color, veterans, and the Filipino Diaspora.
