Kael Molo

Kael Molo is an award-winning comic artist, writer, and horror illustrator from the Philippines. He used to work in corporate UX/UI design for six years until he decided to focus on art and comics in 2020. Now he works full time as a freelance comic artist, colorist, and Illustrator.

Kael is a survivor of the devastating Typhoon Haiyan in 2013. He is born and raised in Tacloban City, Leyte, the typhoon's ground-zero, and has since moved to the country's capital, Metro Manila in 2015.


During his free time, Kael enjoys video games, horror movies, true crime podcasts, and the beach. He is best known for his award-winning horror comic Darahug and AGLA, a web-graphic novel that started in 2016, now coming to print in the Philippines.
